Asheville Playgrounds creates spectacular design-built playgrounds, tree houses and gazebos. Located in Asheville, NC – an artistic haven known for quality woodworking – our designs are tailored to your aesthetics, needs and budget. We typically build with pressure-treated wood but also use natural materials like locust tree trunks, rhododendron, and mountain laurel branches – to add real mountain flavor to your custom playground.

Most importantly, we work the old-fashioned way to ensure your total satisfaction. Owners and expert craftspeople Jerry Hajek and Evelyn Anderson (also a Certified Playground Safety Inspector) work with you every step of the way, from concept to completion. Structures are hand-built in our facility and assembled on your site. And although we make playgrounds for children, we build them to adult safety standards.
